Has anyone ever worked for Brian Wall? I wrote a number of articles for him last year which he never paid me for and I am now finding these articles published online. I plan on posting this info where ever possible. Many writers that hang out at this job site are here because they desperately need the money. I am tired of seeing those that can least afford it being ripped off by others for personal gain.

I haven't, but I've done this and been extremely successful. Whichever sites have posted your articles, go to them and demand they either pay up or take your article down. Should they refuse, you can then go to the domain that hosts that web site and tell them your work has been plagiarized. In most cases, this is a direct violation of the contract you sign with the host, and they'll take the web site down.
Do exactly what Tracy said...that's how you can nail these scammers to the wall by going to the host company!
